Alex Fata has been in the health and nutrition field for over ten years, picking up various certifications along the way. He started out his formal training by taking three years of courses at the Chek Institute. Here, he was trained in foundation principles of nutrition, physiology, corrective exercise, mental/emotional factors and more.

He has been a solid voice on social media for many years advocating for a balanced approach to health. Through his work with clients and research, he has grown his passion for putting out accurate information, giving practical advice, and helping people learn how the body works. With the enormous amount of conflicting information in the health community, there’s a lot of confusion out there: confusion about who to trust and who to listen to. He’s seen trends come and go, what works and what doesn’t and prides himself on putting out the truth, providing real principles for sustainable health.
